Description
Design, financing and creation of new University campus of Grugliasco, including supply of furnishings and operational maintenance for 20 years. The new scientific hub will welcome more than 10,000 users and include 22,000 m2 of classrooms, 47,500 m2 of research space, 7,300 m2 of sports areas and 7,200 m2 of space for socialising, along with an urban park covering 40,000 m2.
