EUROIMPIANTI promotes a culture of legality through its zero tolerance of behaviour in contrast with the ethical principles adopted by the company and its compliance with the rules and regulations in force.
Therefore, the Company has implemented a system for handling reports (“Whistleblowing’) which establishes the use of a platform so as to ensure the maximum protection and confidentiality of both the person making the report and the person who the report refers to.
This digital platform can be used by all EUROIMPIANTI S.p.A. stakeholders (employees, collaborators, suppliers and any other person who has had or intends to have relations with the Company) to report, also anonymously, alleged or known violations of rules, laws, procedures and company policies or the values expressed in the Company’s Code of Ethics.
The platform, managed by a specialised and independent third party, is a channel available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in compliance with ISO 27001:2017 and ISO 37001:2016 standards, and also complies with whistleblowing regulations (Italian Law no. 179 of 30 November 2017) which requires companies to provide a channel for reporting conduct that constitutes a crime or violation of the Organisation, Management and Control Model pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001.
All reports are sent to the Internal Audit Manager (or to the Chair of the Supervisory Board, if the Internal Audit Manager is the subject of the report) and are handled confidentially and transparently via a predefined procedure. The Company guarantees the confidentiality of the person making the report and the information transmitted, so as to protect the reporting person from any form of retaliation or discrimination. The identity of the reporter, if declared, will not be revealed without his/her consent.
In addition to the platform, considered the preferred reporting channel, it is possible to send a confidential and personal report by post, addressed to the Internal Audit Manager at the following address:
