Whistleblowing

Whistleblowing

Euroimpianti promotes a culture of legal compliance with a zero-tolerance approach to any conduct not aligned with the Company’s ethical principles and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

In this context, the Company has implemented a whistleblowing system involving the use of a platform that guarantees the utmost protection and confidentiality for individuals making reports and those named by such reports.

This digital platform enables Euroimpianti stakeholders (i.e. employees, external personnel, suppliers and any other party that may have or intend to establish a relationship with the Company) to report, including anonymously, suspected or clear violations of regulations, laws, company procedures and policies or the values set out in the Company’s Code of Ethics.

The platform, managed by a specialised and independent third party, is a channel that is available 24/7, in accordance with ISO 27001:2017 and ISO 37001:2016, and also meets the requirements of whistleblowing regulations (Italian Law no. 179 of 30 November 2017) requiring companies to provide a channel for reports of conduct that represents a crime or a violation of the Organisation, Management and Control Model pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001.

All reports are sent to the Internal Audit Manager (or the Chairperson of the Supervisory Body if the Internal Audit Manager is the subject of the report) and are managed confidentially and transparently through a specific procedure. The Company guarantees confidentiality of the reporting party and of the information contained in the report to guarantee that the reporting party is protected from any form of retribution or discrimination. The identity of the reporting party, if provided, shall not be revealed without their consent.
